Kevin Harriman has been employed by the Brockton Housing Authority since May of 1988. During this time period, he has work extensively with the Section 8 program as well as the tenant selection department. Currently, he is the Director of Affordable Housing for the agency where he oversees 100 units of scattered site residential housing in the City of Brockton for the BHA, Southeastern Massachusetts Affordable Housing Corp and the Montello Affordable Housing Corp. Harriman is also charged with the creation and development of new affordable housing units, both for sale to first time home buyers as well as those held by the agency for long term affordable rentals
Harriman is a graduate of Stonehill College (Class of 83’) in North Easton, Ma where he received his degree in Financial Management.
In addition to his work at the BHA, he also serves as a Director for the Section 8 Administrators of New England. He has obtained his C3P Low Income Housing Tax Credit certification as well as a certification from Neighborworks America for Neighborhood Development and Revitalization.
