Integrated Pest Management Program

The Brockton Housing Authority (BHA), the Awarding Authority, is seeking Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors for Integrated Pest Management Program.  Contractors must meet the qualifications and requirements as enumerated in the Bid Package, which must be obtained and the forms contained therein utilized for submitting a bid.

The proposal package may be obtained at: On 5/10/2021 at the Brockton Housing Authority, 45 Goddard Road, Brockton, MA 02301 in the Maintenance Department between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM, or by calling: 508-427-9183. The Contact Person is: Vinnie DeChristopher, Director of Facilities.

This will be a three-year contract.  The agreement may be extended at the sole discretion of the authority for one (1) year terms up to two times at the terms agreed to in year three with the approval of the Authority’s Board.

Abington 667-2 Vinson Blanchard Gardens Stairwell Flooring Replacement 

The Abington/Brockton Housing Authority invites sealed bids from General Contractors for the 667-2 Vinson Blanchard Gardens Stairwell Flooring Replacement in Abington, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Edward Rowse Architects, Inc,.

The Project consists of: Removal and Disposal of Asbestos Containing floor materials (Floor Tiles, Stair Treads, and Mastic), removal and disposal of vinyl wall base, and removal and disposal of door thresholds. Furnish and install new plywood underlayment, Linoleum Composition Tile, Vinyl Wall Base, rubber stair treads and Thresholds.

Abington Interior Rehab of Two Single-Story Houses

The project consists of: Full interior renovation of two unoccupied single-story homes with full basements including all finishes. MEP upgrades include new lighting fixtures, receptacles, plumbing and one heating system. There is one Add Alternate for basement drainage.
