Washburn Heights is a 50-apartment family residence with 2-story brick colonial-style buildings surrounded by trees and walkways. Its location on a grassy hill is near the Brockton/Avon line. Washburn offers two- and three-bedroom apartments. The apartments are large and feature private entrances and hardwood floors. Each apartment has three levels that include a full basement with washer/dryer hookups. The BAT Bus stops at the front of the property on North Main Street.
