Belair Heights is comprised of 15 two-story buildings situated in a quiet setting of lawns and walkways. Its 100 apartments include 92 one-bedroom apartments (three are barrier-free) and 8 two-bedroom apartments (two are barrier free). The Bat Bus stops at the end of Earle Street and provides transportation to the nearby Westgate Mall that has a Market Basket, shopping and restaurants. Belair features a large community room for functions and parties, and an on-site laundry. The community has an active Tenant Association.

Melissa has been an Asset Manager since 2014. Prior to this, she held several property management positions at the First Realty Management Corporation where she gained in-depth regulatory knowledge. As a BHA Asset Manager, she oversees compliance with all relevant Public Housing program requirements. She enjoys educating residents about Federal and State programs, helping them find community resources and wellbeing as public housing residents.
