Belair Tower is a 10-floor elderly hi-rise with 267 one-bedroom apartment units, 11 of which are barrier free. It is situated on high land affording great views from the balconies. The building is equipped with a laundry room with washers and dryers and a large Community Room for resident meetings, residential programming, social gatherings and lunch, which is served Monday through Friday. There are on-site offices of management, maintenance and social service agencies such as OCES and BAMSI. Security cameras operate 24/7 complemented by a security guard presence at night. Belair Towers has a very active tenant association. Residents can take advantage of a number of programs such as information and referral services, emergency response, care management, chores, safety checks, friendly visits, medication reminders, food pantry, diabetic food pantry and other social/education programs. Belair’s Service Coordinator can help residents to secure services. Additionally, an on-site hair salon provides hair styling, manicures, pedicures and massages.
