Brockton Housing Authority Capital Improvement Bids

The Brockton Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Low Flow Toilets at the 24-2 Belair Heights Toilet Replacement in Brockton, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by the Brockton Housing Authority. The Project consists of but not limit to: the removal, and legal disposal of existing toilets in all residential units at tone of the Authority’s elderly/handicapped developments.  The toilet scope includes replacement of toilets, seat covers, flanges, nuts, bolts, and supply lines for floor mounted, and floor discharged accessible toilet types.  All work will be in occupied space.  The work is estimated to cost approximately $90,000.00
All bidding requests for information shall be submitted online at www.biddocsonline.com by August 19, 2024 at 12:00PM EST for general/prime bids.
General Bids will be received until Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 1:00PM EST and publicly opened online, forthwith.
The pre-bid conference / site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 14, 2024, at 10:00AM EST at 77 Earle Street, Brockton, Massachusetts.

The Abington Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Low Flow Toilets at State Aided Developments Vinson Blanchard Gardens (667-2) located at 71 Shaw Avenue in Abington, MA and Leavitt Terrace (667-1) located at 100 Lincoln Boulevard in Abington, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by the Brockton Housing Authority.
Project consists of but not limit to: the removal, and legal disposal of existing water-closets, and the supplying and installation of fifty-eight (58) new low flow water-closets between two (2) different developments).
General Bids will be received until August 15, 2024, at 10:00 EST and publicly opened online, forthwith.
The pre-bid conference / site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2024 at 10:00AM EST beginning at 71 Shaw Avenue and then continuing to 100 Lincoln Boulevard.
