Resident Advisory Board
The BHA Resident Advisory Board (RAB) is made up of the Tenant Association presidents and other interested residents. It was initiated in the late 90s thanks to the collaborative effort of BHA staff and residents to ensure better communication between staff and concerned residents. The RAB has been instrumental in building a sense of community and their commitment has become an invaluable part of BHA operations. Past actions by these resident leaders include mobilizing residents to prepare for hurricanes, snow storms and holiday get-togethers as well as keeping residents informed of important community happenings. The RAB meets monthly with the BHA’s executive director and various administrative staff on matters of BHA policies and programs.
RAB membership is ever-changing. Board members in 2017 pose with __________ (center, brown jacket) and BHA Executive Director Thomas Thibeault (right, blue jacket).
