Crescent Court is a family complex of 121 apartments with bedrooms that range from one to five. Three of the one-bedroom apartments and three of the two-bedroom apartments are barrier free. The four- and five-bedroom units feature an extra half-bath. Heat, electric and hot water are included in the monthly rent. Crescent Court has a community room featuring regular after-school and summer programs plus a free lunch program in the summer. The development is within walking distance of the BAT bus and T-station. The Plouffe Academy (grades 6-8), Snow Park Soccer Field, a basketball court and a playground are all right across the street.
