Rainbow Terrace is an elderly/disabled development of eight two-story garden-style buildings with 64 apartments. The development features a community center building with attached laundry room. Rainbow Terrace has a grassy quadrangle at its center with picnic tables and benches. It is located in a quiet west-side neighborhood within a short walk of the BAT bus line and is convenient to local shopping and the Westgate Mall. The BAT bus Mini-Maller provides service every hour to local shopping centers, the Good Samaritan Hospital, the VA Hospital and other locations.
An employee since 1994, Diane has received many credentials in the fields of Asset Management, Property Management and Public Housing. She has been recognized by the Department of Veterans Affairs for her work with disabled veterans in public housing, receiving its 15-year and 20-year Dedicated Service Awards. Her memberships and accreditations include:

Diane is the Asset Manager for Belair Tower, Kennedy Drive, Crosby Garden, Rainbow Terrace and Separate Sites.
