Thomas L. Plouffe, Esq. has been with the Brockton Housing Authority since 2005, serving in a variety of positions. Currently Attorney Plouffe is the Assistant Executive Director & General Counsel where he oversees all of the Brockton Housing Authority Departments, while serving as General Counsel to the Authority. In addition to his oversight duties he is in charge of Labor Relations, Human Resources, and Legal Affairs.
Prior to coming to the Authority, Attorney Plouffe had a private practice of law in Brockton and served as the City Solicitor of Brockton for 9 years. Attorney Plouffe holds a Bachelor of Arts from Stonehill College and earned his Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law, where he served on the Law Review. Attorney Plouffe served for many years as an adjunct faculty member at Massasoit Community College.
