Housing Maintenance

The Housing Maintenance Department’s mission is the care and upkeep of our state and federal buildings and over 2,000 apartments. The department oversees all repairs and conducts preventive maintenance and grounds-keeping, as well as vacancy preparation to ensure that apartments are available for occupancy by new residents. It also works closely with outside organizations to provide workforce development for summer job programs as well as for our own residents.
